A management meeting is held after each quarter of commercial competition to review the strategy implementation and formulate the action plan for the next quarter.
In the final part of the training, summarizing and sharing experience, announcing and giving awards to the final winner.

Based on the classic "world trade" model, fully reproducing the core elements of the commercial competition and helping participants
to experience real business operations. With intense and interesting plots, the participants can fully demonstrate their ability and personality.
For enterprises, it renders high degree of distinction and capability test

  • The commercial competition developed for iPad supports real-time data updating, so the trainees can makes timely decision-making according to market changes. The whole process is operated on the iPad operation, which is more suitable for youth, and significantly enhances the trainees' operational experience and ease of use;
  • The commercial competition is developed and configured based on the real market environment to simulate the financing and listing of enterprise. The trainees can create a better business sense with their experience gained through different rounds of financing, industry summits and road shows;
  • The team's tacit understanding, communication and role assignment are tested in the whole process, which shall be established in the interaction. In addition, the role of NPC (non-player character) is designed, and each team choose a different target person, triggering the task and obtaining generous rewards after completing tasks;
  • Setting multiple different roles in KNX’s sand table model to simulate the real work scenarios, encourage one-to-one and one-to-many interaction and reduce the disguise of training.
